Please use this form to submit information about your award and award recipient. If you have multiple awards to submit, please do a separate submission for each.

In order to be included in the awards ceremony (last Friday of September), annual awardees must be submitted by July 31. Remember: all awardee notification emails must have Rebeccah Bradley and Brianna Douglas from the NAGT Executive Office copied.
