Giving Tuesday 2026

This Giving Tuesday, you can help geoscience students, K-12 teachers, two-year college faculty, and other under-resourced individuals build the skills and networks they need to thrive in their careers and become leaders in their communities.

Through generous support from people like you, NAGT is able to offer stipends and scholarships for participation in our workshops focused on critical career transitions and growth. When you donate to these funds, your dollars go directly to support individuals through travel and registration stipends. Registration for our 2026 events will begin in late January—your donation today will help us assure participants that funds will be available to support them.

• Broadening Participation Fund to support broadening access to all of our professional development activities for participants from under-resourced communities
• Student Academic Career Prep Fund to support graduate students and post-docs attending the Preparing for an Academic Career workshop
• Workshop for Early Career Faculty Fund to support faculty in the first three years of their academic position in attending the Early Career workshop
• Earth Educators' Rendezvous Fund to support participation of K-12 teachers, two-year college faculty, and others in the 2026 EER
