The Department of Earth Sciences at Montana State University seeks a physical geographer/geomorphologist to teach junior-level Geomorphology, senior-level Mountain Geography, Glacial Geology, and an introductory course such as Environmental Geology. The successful candidate will teach Earth Sciences majors and non-majors and advise undergraduate students in the Geography and Geology options in the Earth Sciences Department. Some undergraduate student advising is expected.
This is a sabbatical replacement appointment for the 2012-2013 academic year. This is a great opportunity for an early career scholar to establish a solid teaching portfolio.
