Mesa Community College of the Maricopa Community College district seeks qualified applicants for a full-time, Geology instructor. The selected individual will instruct students from diverse backgrounds in various geology courses ranging from physical and historical geology to geologic disasters and the environment. This instructor will possess a thorough background in geology and field geology. They will design, lead, and participate in field studies and field trips. Promotes student learning as the fundamental focus in the design, delivery, and evaluation of courses. Incorporates technology into both lecture and laboratory settings. Demonstrates a commitment to service excellence, innovation, student success, integrity, and diversity in the performance of job duties.
