Resources for Earth Science Week 2010 - Energy

Exploring Energy is the theme of this year's Earth Science Week (http://www.earthsciweek.org/), running from October 10-16. In response, the folks at Teach the Earth have put together a set of resources that speak directly to how geoscience educators can help their students learn about this increasingly important topic. There are collections of teaching activities, course descriptions, visualizations, and references for teaching about energy in geoscience courses, as well cognitive and affective perspectives on Energy and ideas for teaching energy concepts quantitatively.
