Review the DRAFT for the new NAGT Constitution

Please take time to review the proposed new Constitution posted on the NAGT website. This document has been vetted by the Executive Committee and an independent lawyer. The Constitution has been revised by moving non-essential elements from the Constitution to the Bylaws, by addition of some necessary legal language and through addition of a provision that streamlines future changes to the Bylaws. Members will be asked to approve the new Constitution during the 2009 election of new officers. The draft version is available for review and comment at:
