Economics

Homegrown Demand is an experiment that helps students see where demand curves come from. It takes about 15 minutes to conduct and is appropriate for students from middle school through lower level college courses.

Energy and the Environment is an experiment about how individual actions can result in negative impacts on society, and allows students to develop policies to reduce those impacts. It takes about 50 minutes to conduct and is appropriate for students from middle school through lower level college courses.
