Vince Cronin: Structural Geology at Baylor University: This is a required course for all Geology and Geophysics majors at Baylor. Most students are in their junior or senior year. Students build a functional understanding of the basic vocabulary and physical processes involved in structural geology including stress, strain, rheology, environmental conditions within Earth, deformation mechanisms, foliation/cleavage development, faulting, folding, and some topics in regional structure. I usually teach the module near the beginning of course but continue to integrate elements of it throughout the semester.

Phillip Resor: Structural Geology at Wesleyan University: Structural Geology is a core course for Earth & Environmental Science Students at Wesleyan University. In the course, students study the physical evidence and processes of rock deformation. I used the module a little over halfway through the course but continued to refer to the concepts and techniques for the remainder of the term.
