Sunday:

Earth Educators' Rendezvous Opening Reception
7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.- University of New Mexico Student Union Building (Ballroom C)
Join us for the opening reception for the 2017 Earth Educators' Rendezvous. Take this opportunity to meet new colleagues, catch up with old ones, and anticipate a great week of Earth education. Light appetizers and a no-host bar.

Monday:

Special Evening tour of the Maxwell Museum of Anthropology

7:00-9 p.m. The museum is opening to host a special Rendezvous gathering. The Maxwell Museum is the oldest public museum in Albuquerque and just a short walk from the Student Union. With more than a million objects in its collections, the Maxwell actively supports and enhances the University of New Mexico's functions of education and research. The Museum offers relevant and compelling ongoing and temporary exhibits describing and interpreting anthropological subjects for all interested audiences. Stop by anytime between 7 and 9 p.m. The Maxwell Museum is free to visit, and welcomes visitors of all ages.

Tuesday:

Tasty Tuesdays an event at Hyder Park (located about 1.5 miles southeast of UNM (a 30 minute walk), with food trucks and live music. It's a fun family event in a nice location.

Wednesday:

LGBTQ+Allies Meetup - Kelly's Brew Pub

We invite any LGBTQ participants and allies to meet up for an informal time of food, drinks, and socializing on Wednesday evening. We will start the meet up at 6:30 PM at Kelly's Brew Pub and carry on as long as there are people wanting to hang out. We won't be making a dinner reservation so folks are welcome to drop in for just a few minutes or stay as long as they like.
