The goal of this site, the Educational Multimedia Visualization Center (EMVC) at the University of California, Santa Barbara is to minimize capital investment and personal learning barriers via the provision of the hardware, software, expertise, and one-on-one help for the creation of modern multimedia teaching materials. Teachers may apply for help in creating teaching materials using their own content, or download animation clips and other geo-educational items from the site at no cost.
