Mammoth Cave National Park is accepting applications for two Geoscience-Teachers-in-the-Park Internship positions. Participating teachers will gain hands-on experience working with Park Service personnel on research and education projects within the park. Specific projects will be determined based on park needs and intern interests.
Each intern will provide 200 hours of service and give two public presentations on their experience with the program. In return, the intern will receive a $1500 stipend plus $500 to be used for continuing education. Funding is provided by NAGT.
Internships must be completed no later than 30 September.
