PACIFIC NORTHWEST SECTION HOME
Welcome to the home of the Pacific Northwest Section of the NAGT.
Our section is comprised of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and the Canadian Provinces of British Columbia and Yukon. We have been quite active since resurrection in 1999 when Spokane Community College and Eastern Washington University hosted a summer field conference with workshops and field trips. Since then, we have had field conferences each summer which have proved to be great fun. To learn more, check out the Meetings page.
SAVE THE DATE: 2010 Cordilleran Section meeting of the Geological society of America - May 27 - 29 - Anaheim, CA - there will likely be education-related sessions and short courses for geology instructors.

The web sites posted here are in a constant state of flux. If you have any information that you would like to add to these pages contact Jenny Thomson. Links to web sites that you develop are better than sending me tons of photographs from field trips!
