Please provide a name for your field trip. The title should be evocative of the locale(s) visited and the general aims of the trip.

Please provide the name(s) of the field trip organizer(s) as well as their email address(es) and institution(s).
Summary
Please provide a general summary of the field trip in terms of its environs and aims.
Intended Audience
Is this field trip designed for use in K12 or undergraduate education? Faculty at a professional society meeting? Teachers at a summer institute? Describe the typical participant in this experience.
Context
Please explain the context in which the field trip was conducted. What was the educational level of the participants (k12, undergrad, faculty, teachers, etc.)? How many people were involved? Is there background knowledge or experience that is necessary for the participants? Are there physical difficulty or accessibility issues that instructors and participants need to be aware of and plan for?
Possible Modifications
Do you have any advice for adapting this field trip for use with a different audience or context (e.g. high school students versus undergraduates or modifications for less time in the field).
Goals
Please describe the explicit goals that are addressed in this field trip. Examples could include things such as: teach fundamentals of petrology through regional examples, demonstrate connections between faulting and metamorphism, share professional research, or instruct participants in the use of questions on a field trip.
