Mars for Earthlings: Integrating introductory geology with Mars planetary data
The benefits/goals of this project include:
- Access online teaching modules and resources for higher education
- Enhancement and integration of undergraduate Earth and planetary science content through analog comparison
- Access to Mars Imaging Data
- Increased enrollment of STEM students
Teaching Materials and Resources
Lesson Modules - Find lessons building on earth-based principles and applied to Mars study. The Lesson Modules are currently being updated and/or revised and will be re-released in November 2013.
Web Resources - A collection of web resources useful for the classroom and lab.
Meet the Scientist - Meet scientists who study Mars and planetary science.
Upcoming Workshops - Learn more about workshops we will be holding related to teaching about Mars.
